I am pleased to announce Charlie Crittenden's appointment as the Manager of Technology Services and Infrastructure. Charlie joined Northern Lights at the beginning of 2024 and became a beloved consulting librarian. He was recently a member of the Stronger Together conference planning committee. He also led our recent website migration, where he proved his worth by explaining complex technologies and helping every member library succeed. I am very excited to welcome Charlie to our leadership team and am confident he’ll continue to ensure our mutual success.
Charlie will officially start on Monday, October 21st.
